I remember trying so hard for so years to stop fixating on my romantic relationships. Hated not being able to control the anxiety/urge to know everything. Turns out it was ADHD & the meds changed my life at 28.
Bro this is such a ill ass way of telling the reader to trust the process... this really hit me to my core and one of those reads that moved me so much, it'll be implemented RIGHT NOW. Thank you bro
This rings true. Emotional safety isn't gained by getting constant reassurance that your partner's mood changes aren't signs of danger. It's gained through the repeated experience of slowing down, letting your partner experience their emotion, sitting with the anxiety it creates in you and validating it, until you realise there is no danger so you don't need any reassurance. It's hard to do, but gets easier over time.
I read this like a manual. I think everyone should read it especially people who crave reassurance. This was so well written, I had to pray after reading it. I prayed for wisdom to handle my relationship differently. Thank you Justin 🙏🏾.
This got emailed to me right as I needed it. Your words do bring clarity and coherence . Thanks :)

Saw this a bit too late as this has been something I’ve genuinely been working on. Or maybe it was right on time. Either way, thank you.
Right on time
